The Asha Basti

From the moment we arrived the staff at the asha hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The front desk team was efficient and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We also appreciated the attentive service at the restaurant and the pool area. Highly recommended !! Good

When I started stay here 5-6 months back, everything was fine. Now all staff was changed. They was very much cooperative. Every time i am getting same room 109 with flush problem. After following up so many times able to get heater in such a cold weather. Earlier, old staff was delivering food as I like, home style. But now I don't think this hotel is for stay. Now today morning electricity was gone and regain power after 2 hrs. Also yesterday during the time of check in requested not to give this room but even after vacant rooms he didn't changed my room and forced to check in on 109.

A lot of rats running on the false ceiling during night casing sleepless night. Washrooms are not properly cleaned, need more attention on Housekeeping.

I Dr sunil kumar should strictly advised to you don't remain people in dark because everyone paid money for their convenience only and business run on faith .....So, upgrade your room service...best wishes for future endeavours

Couldn't believe myself that such kind of beautiful hotel exists in a small town like Basti. Rooms were excellent, staff and good was great. Tariff was also reasonable. Overall a excellent experience. Highly recommended.

How should I start. Everything was just worst. If I could rate 0 star I would do it that also. Staff pathetic, management worst. Got myself engaged there. And oh God what worst day that was. Felt so ashamed in front of the family. Please don't go there if you don't want to be embarrassed. Rooms, bathrooms everything was just worst. Yesterday was one more function and it was more worst than mine. No from our side. And the most badtmij title goes to their manager. When you will book they will be all so sweet and once you are stuck they will show their true colors. Worst, pathetic and disgusting place

Super Room was very clean and comfortable.reception could be more friendly. One of the best hotels.the quality of the food is very good .hygiene,staff pramod , gorakh is very good .air conditioning and interior are some complimentary add one food packets are also available.all means of payment are accepted.
