SPOT ON 44226 Shivam Guest House

Very bad manager....our train got cancelled in night and hence had to stop in this hotel for a night as no other option left.... Bt manager took advantage of our problem and charge so much extra for our stay... manager was very rude to talk....continuously yelling... dirty room...dirty washroom

Too much worst service I can't explain I have all abusing words to give this hotel's manager for his too much bad behaviour but the only thing is that I can't write here. I stayed in this hotel for continues 5 days and in these days everyday I had faced new problem from manager's side and actually he is little bit old in age so I had to sustain my anger. He don't know how to talk with customer, don't know about someone's respect. This hotel requires 0 star and for sure I will give this if there is any option but I am unable to fulfill hotel's wish because there is no option for zero star.

Very nearby to station expected load shedding but didn't happend we stayed on 6-7th July. I didnt complained for the room. We went pretty well there.

Nice Hotel low price everything is better and one more plus point is the hotel location is near Basti Railway station so i take my time easy.

Staff behavior is very rood Room small size and not clean Washroom small size not clean

Worse guesthouse I have ever been. Mouse were there like flood. No cleaning. Toilet was so bad and smelly. Never go there.

Worst hotel there is one old man on front desk who don't know how talk with customers he talks in unmanner way if u ask about anything he behaves like that he is owner of hotel really deserved one star only never going to stay again in this hotel n I suggest don't stay in this hotel
