Hotel Shivoy Palace & V2 resaturant-Hotels/ac rooms/delux rooms in basti

The hotel is at walking distance from the Bus Stand, rooms are not maintained well stains on the walls and spit stain on walls and stairs, walls are too thin that one can hear next room voice or tv. The rate is high as they do not provide any amenity, The water bottle is charitable. Take a deluxe room for 1800. The restaurant closes at 10 pm. Go for a better option if available.

It was okay I had fine experience here No complaints Not as Bad as I read in reviews Room was clean and washroom was fine too My experience with staff was great. Totally Helpful and co-operative. The only thing I will complain about is that they need to work on "Food Service" Whenever I tried in their resturant to have a dinner the dish wasn't available so I had to go outside for dinner and everything. See it's a small city so if you are coming with expectations of top tier city facilities then you will be disappointed.

We booked 4 rooms in this hotel but when we check in room was so dirty flush also not working And then we call for service but no one come to room for cleaning and when we complain this issue to manager they said why you not booked AC room and then they fight us and also not refund my advance we only stay only half day and we faced a lot of difficulties pls don't book this hotel at any cost. Think why we waste this time to write a review for this hotel because this is very worst hotel.

Good location all transport available from here. Foods are good, room service also good. Receptionist need to be better. Street foods are also available nearby areas. Only one problem the are closest after 9pm. All Shops are closed after 9pm food stalls and restaurants also. Keep it in mind when you visit basti.

Worst Specialy Mr Aryan Behaviour is very Rude & Room Ac Not working I can't imagine how Staff Mr Aryan treat all Customers

Room is not in good condition. Staff was very rude. Property needs maintenance work. Water does not come at some times in wash room for 1 to 2 hours. They have also denied to give GST bill after paying GST amount. Worst experience.

It was the worst hotel. Receptionists were very rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to treat guests. Seems like a 10th pass staff. Rooms were dirty and in poor condition. Walls were rotten and ceiling had the seapage. AC was not working and they don't provide AC remote to guests to control it. And you can't use AC during the city power cut as they don't have power backup or budget for it. But they are charging full for it. Images shown in website and Google are old and misleading. Don't ever think about to use this hotel. Go to some dharamshala instead of it, they may have better facilities and staff. Very rude behaviour by the staff.
