Hotel Aura inn-marriage lawn/banquet hall/couple rooms/party place in basti

I had gone to this hotel to attend my friend's wedding, where we stayed overnight. One of my friends saw something shocking--inside the hotel kitchen, in a corner where food was being prepared, a man was relieving himself. The stench in the kitchen area was so bad that it was impossible to even think of eating there. The hotel was surrounded by three walls, and there were bottles and filth scattered around. The rooms were clean, but the foul smell was unbearable.

Disappointed by the hotel management and staff but the location was good perfect for marriage parties and small functions.

Service is very poor. No test is available mostly all food item

Been with family on a staycation trip...it was a nice experience....the working staff was very nice..and we were given clean rooms with option of ac rooms and non AC rooms...free wifi availablity..responsive working staff and reception table.the receptionist was very nice to us..the rooms were value for money and the included cafe was also good.. it is in the range of 200-400 metres from basti flyover brigde ,badeban...very close bus stop area... excellent for travelling.... The hotel is situated at the main highway from basti to bansi.

*it small hotel like guest house with lawn.. *capacity of 200-300 guest can managed.. suitable for birthday, engagement....! *not more than enough... *restaurant is not opened. *mostly young couple visit this place.

An average good hotel in Basti. Hotel is located in peaceful area and rooms overlook open street view. Air-conditioning was good. Bed was cozy. Room service was average. Staff was average courteous.

I had mundan ceremony of my son....very bad management. Disgusting decoration and very bad food arrangement....staff has no manners. Zero responsibility. Don't waste ur money here at this place. Not even good for a single star.

Nice place to stay , decent staff. Clean rooms , beautiful lawn. Lacks in facility of restaurant, no intercom, so every time you need some thing either go down , as many times they do not pick phone.
