I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and quality/value for money stay. Whilst the location is fine, this hotel should not be open for business. In no particular order... Told breakfast was downstairs when we checked in. But in the morning told they didn't have anything so made to eat breakfast in room - there is no table/chair in the bedroom to eat. Service was slow but food was ok. Told I couldn't pay on card but then they changed their mind and let me. A lot of faff to check in, bartering with prices made me uncomfortable and highlighted that this is not a professional establishment. Rooms didn't have any windows. Rooms not ready or finished properly. TV didn't work. There was a wedding taking place so there was a lot of loud music and noisy guests in the hall until early hours. For the price point (we paid PS100 for 2 rooms for 1 night) I was extremely disappointed.

These guys canceled our booking without any notice and asked us to stay at another hotel managed by these guys this is a scam they always do this I later read their review and most of the people had the same thing to say. Please do not book if you want a comfortable stay and are coming from far.

Rooms are big and nice but needs maintenance but it's clean location is fine for one night Need little care from the staff

The fellow receptionist was very ill mannerd. I have booked a room via Make my trip , once i have reached the hotel, they didnot allot us any room saying there is no vacancy at the hotel. It was really disgusting ..

Service was very poor.staffs are rude.i will suggest not to visit this hotel.very much unprofessional.
