These people are very greedy, staff is rude, manager never presents and many more things to say, always gives false excluses and never accept their misbehave and wrong did. We ask them about rooms for 10 people and every hotels has different kinds of rooms as everyone knows where more than 2 or 3 people can accomodate easily and also they provide extra mattresses for convince of their customers. But this people gave us 2 rooms only and told us 3-3 people can manage on beds and for remaining 4 people we will provide extra mattresses and for two rooms the price was 2000 rs for 6 to 7 hrs. Because it was around 2 am we didn't have any other option rather than go with this, but after that they denied to give extra mattresses and said we never agreed. And after checkout they were arguing with us about same and telling us about governments rules and regulations which they forget while giving us rooms. I am pretty sure the 5 star rating they have must be given by their staff or relatives only (only 9 people have provided reviews and 2 are from my family), as no one will be interested to give that hotel a 2 star rating and they have 5 star, which is almost impossible thing. If you really want to spoil your trip, mood and money then you are invited to visit hotel anupreet in Agra. Thank you.

This place is not at all good and neither clean. They promise too many things at the time of check in but when it comes to fulfill they used to deny like hot water or extra mattress. Manager or higher athority never presents their to talk only employees handle everything and they are being very rude and arrogant with their customers. If you are not from UP then it's my special request to not entertain them, you will loose your money, energy in fighting with them and your patience too.

In budget Category, best hotel in Agra , family environment. I highly recommend to all .
