Experience at this Hotel was very disappointing, During the stay in this me and my friends who have come to Barsna faced these issues here: x Lack of running water in the rooms Ineffective window AC unit that failed to cool the entire room x Unpleasant odors due to the absence of working exhaust fans in the washrooms x Inability to access washrooms in the middle of the night as there was no water in the rooms, leading to discomfort x Forced to use of staff washroom on the ground floor, which was in a deplorable condition x No response from the reception despite attempts to contact for assistance, even after knocking and calling them for help for so long, the staff was unresponsive and no one came out for help. Better I'll advise to look for few more hotels in this area and then book a hotel. It was a stupid decision to go for this hotel.

Situated on the highway. Easy to reach and room sizes are also very big. Good for staying in Barasana. Radhe Radhe

It has great food quality and taste. Sumptuous meals and very friendly staff. Food is hygienic and worth the money. Please visit here for lunch or dinner.

Batamiz Staff, No Hot water in Rooms. No TV connection, But they want payment before time. Poor Service's
