Giriraj Residency

If you are planning to visit barsana, than you can definitely visit here. Giriraj Residency is located very near to many tourist location even the main barsana temple is very near from here. The staff is very friendly, I stayed there for 4 days and it was a very pleasant stay so far. Rooms are clean and well maintained, also they have multiple type of rooms so you can book your stay accordingly.

I had such a relaxing stay at this well-maintained, homely setup. The rooms don't have TVs, but they feature beautiful mantra hangings right in front of the bed, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere. The quiet and peaceful environment is perfect for pilgrims looking to recharge after completing the Parikrama. Plus, the mattress quality is top-notch, ensuring a truly restful night. Highly recommended!

They claim it to be a homestay, but the charges are equivalent to a normal hotel. The pros are - good space for car parking, clean and well maintained property, decent and clean rooms, power backup, limited but decent food options. The staff is well behaved. Though we just had a glimpse of the dog, we couldn't interact much, but he seemed to be a lovely pup:) Cons - though it is mentioned that they have a 24x7 cafe but actually it's open 8 to 8 only. There is no room service that cleans your rooms regularly or even fills water jugs. But you can get everything you need if you wish.

Went to Barsana for Radhashtami. Although every basic room was being charged for 5k per night because of Mela crowd, we got our last minute booking here for just 6k for two nights. The best part is they have complete power backup so our ACs were still working when the whole village had a shut down. Also, when it's so congested and crowded in Barsana during melas, this property offers you that 'calm amongst chaos' with its huge halls and green lawns. Will definitely visit again.

I have stayed at this homestay/guesthouse 3 times in the last two years and my experience has always been great. I have always found my rooms clean without any mosquitoes and with neat attached bathrooms and with full power backup facility. I have always found more plants and greenery than my last visit, making it perfect to enjoy peaceful morning walks. I have found a bigger book collection every time for a relaxing read at night. There's always a new smiling face adding in their staff. Also, the 24/7 cafe menu keeps getting interesting. I suggest you spend at least 3-4 days here and cover Barsana, Vrindavan and Goverdhan on the first 2-3 days and then Nandgaon and Kokilavan on the 4th day. It will be a trip your family remembers forever. Do try the newly opened restaurant in their campus. The ambience is Insta-worthy.

Wonderful experience.... Nice location near the main temple, comfortable and safe stay, clean rooms and washroom, proper parking area, friendly staff, hospitality of the owner is amazing, always available as per your need.....this place is very peaceful and the decoration is very spiritual that you would feel blessed.....would choose 'Giriraj Residency' every single time.....

The owner of the hotel is very kind. She helped us with almost everything in terms of how to reach mandir, what are the best spots in Barsana etc. The hotel rooms were very clean. The staff was equally helpful. I am highly recommending this hotel.

The property is on the main road with car parking facility. It's close to all the major attractions of Barsana. Our room was neat and clean. Staff is also friendly. Do try their aalu parantha for breakfast.
