It was a great stay at the hotel. Easily findable location. Staff was quit good and polite. Room was cozy, beautiful. You can plan your stay with your loved ones.. parking facility was there so no worries for vehicles too.. And yes service was also good. Although it's value for money stay

Some of my colleagues wrote wrong reviews about this hotel actually this hotel location is very good and Staff behaviour is very Polite to us and Service is also Very good Rooms Are Neat and Clean. Even i am staying in this hotel Only I suggest you all to not go on good or bad reviews Visits once then you came this place only

worst experience ever .I stay almost 10 Day in this hotel.Hotel manger behaviour was very rubbish. he was demanding extra money otherthen the hotel charges. after taking advance money hotel owner behaviour was totally change. not provided a single good service..and also he was taking extra money for taking for Hot water for drinking in morning.

Very very bad management. Haunted hotel. Never book for a family stay. Not providing even keys for room. Once you check in they ask for 500/- for providing the keys of the room. Property not maintained. No service available. Ratings of 3 or 4 star seems to be fake. Be ware.

I have stayed in this hotel, very nice ambience, Location is easily accessible, main road connectivity is there. Talking about hotel staff they were very nice , supportive, services was good.worth the money, i would highly recommend

Not recommended for special occasions. No proper room services. No gyeser facility. No cleaning. Breakfast not provided properly. And what not.. We felt helpless as being an outsider. No support. Nothing. Employees were very rude. Except one or two. They do not provide room keys. You have to pay 500/- extra for room keys. We have been to many luxurious hotel and more but never experienced this kind of service. They also stopped our celebration and asked the remaining amt in the middle of the wedding. And said if we won't pay, they won't start anything. It was the worst. Would never suggest this place for any special occasion.

The hotel deserves only 0 star because this hotel has zero credibility and zero response. After paying money the want to try scold you for every services like lift ac led etc. never even try to book hotel worst experience ever

Rooms are nice, quite & amazing surrounding, over all superb place to stay. Easily findable location, good connectivity from satellite bus stand and Bareilly railway station. A happy place for your loved ones.
