Deepak Bhaiya is really good receptionist and deserves a raise ,always calm , welcoming and smiling ,he personally came to check what was wrong in my room ... great guy Housekeeping Staff (Mukul bhaiya, Aniket Bhaiya and Abhishek Bhaiya) all do their job really well. My room was always cleaned on time. I feel there is a bit of ventilation problem in the rooms but it's not a deal breaker. Pro tip if your looking for rooms lookup on agoda in advance to get a good deal Kudos to everyone for making my stay comfy and enjoyable

Things which i liked: Spacious rooms Things which i hated : 1.The listing on booking.com mentioned that no credit card required, cancel anytime. Within 5 minutes of confirmed booking email from booking.com, i receive an email from hotel that if you dont pay full or 50% we cant guarantee your booking. Unprofessional way of hooking the customer. 2. The washroom water was not working and we had to call the service and complain and post which some closed connection from terrace was opened. 3. We booked with breakfast, but were said that sorry we dont have this service and the difference will he refunded to original payment method. I was informed about the amount nor was i told how will they calculate. Its 4 days , still waiting

Room is spacious and good Hygiene level is not maintained at all Foul Odour from washroom No room service and 50% extra was charged on the water bottles( more than there MRP)

Good hotel, Room was good and clean. TV Remote not working. Light was not working in bathroom No telephone line to dial up. Had to ask for towel and soap

Rooms are good but little noissy due to near by bus stand.... U can spent time with your friends for a good conversation.. Even oyo owner request you to for 5 rating Even though rooms are not that much good Washroom are unhygienic.. no shampoo no soap.. no slippers time pass room, no fragrance inside the room...

Room service is very bad, they charge more than MRP on water bottle, bed sheet is very dirty, Towel is not provided. Behaviour of staff is very bad. I will never come to this hotel & I suggest to all of you to ignor this hotel. This hotel is deserving 0 Star rating.
