Good location. Good food. Good spacious rooms. Now coming to cons - Service is little sub standard. They don't even refill the water bottles in the room themselves. Showers in the bathroom was not working. Seems like maintenance issue.

Visited this place and stayed here for 2 days for a marriage function. The property is quite attractive and charming. But good part ends here. Room are quite spacious but not properly maintained. TV, in my room, was not working. WC jet has been fixed in a way that vitiate it's use (it's seat ring obstruct the way of jet water) defeating the purpose. Food plates lying outside room were removed after too many reminders. And lastly food. Oh god! would not like to remember it any more. The cooks here have a different expertise.. to prepare everything to lowest grade of taste. Even cornflakes too. And imagine one's condition, when he/she gets same items in wedding too. :-((

The food is terrible. I have attended 2 weddings here already, and each time, multiple guests have had food poisoning, and some even had to go to the hospital. Don't come here unless you want to poison your guests. The rooms are also very dirty.

Beware of 'Kholiya Caterers' linked to Sparsh hotel. 'Never ever book Kholiya caterers for your event" They force you to take catering services from Kholiya caterers, (who have a tie-up with Sparsh) whenever you go for a Wedding booking at Sparsh. Primarily, the quality of food served by them is pathetic and most importantly, the guests got mass 'food poisoning' after eating their food. We tried to bring this to their notice immediately, but they simply misguided/ignored us and didn't take any action. They didn't even arrange a doctor, on our request, for the checkup of multiple patients. We are very sure that this can't be a coincidence as multiple people got vomits, stomach infection, fever, etc, immediately after eating food from Kholiya. We inspected their Kitchen as well, which was very dirty. The worst part is that they didn't take any accountability of what has happened and left all the people on their own. We had to call our own doctor and he confirmed the Food Poisoning for all the patients. Stay away from these irresponsible and highly incompetent caterers if you don't want to risk the health of your own people.

The rooms are very poor, there is dust, there are insects, pest control has never been done, I have a request to all the corporate managements not to book rooms here, there is no wifi either.

Staff is too rude. Food is worst. No cleanliness... Worst ever stay.

Good choice to stay with almost all facilities availbe here.
