Sobti Continental

Sobti Continental is a great place for one night stay. Cons: 1. I tell you the reason - rooms do not have a fresh air flow (only but great drawback). They spray room freshners but it needs to be inhaled to clear it's smells from air. 2. Rats move through artificial ceiling, there by creating flutters throughout the night. Pros: 1. Bed are extremely comfortable 2. Rooms chairs are very good to sit and study or prepare for meeting 3. All services of restaurant and room service are available on a call 4. Hot water is available in bathrooms 5. Extensive menu of buffet breakfast is served. (Photo's attached) 6. Shoe cleaning machine is available in lounge on first floor sitting area. 7. Prayer n worship places are nearby for morning peace.

The accommodations were satisfactory, although we experienced minor initial setbacks such as a malfunctioning television and air conditioning unit. However, these issues were promptly addressed. The cuisine was exceptional, particularly at their restaurant, and the ambiance was enhanced by live music.

We stayed in new Rooms on the 2nd floor, they were good. Service was much Better, Buffet was good as well and people at the buffet were very helpful.

Today I went there to celebrate my birthday but it was a pathetic experience. The staff was soo weird and the owner or the main woman and man over there was soo rude for no reason. Moreover, the light was not consistent, it stayed hardly for very few minutes. Earlier, they said that 3 people can come in one room and they assured that but later on they asked for extra charges which was seriously very unprofessional. Just never visit this hotel , I repeat never!

They even charged me for a bottle of water which I asked at reception one of the days. On checking out, they presented me the bill of a single water bottle, mentioning 1 bottle per night is the only complimentary thing at their hotel. This made my whole experience with the property the worst. Guys grow up, and start showing empathy sometimes.

The staff are very rude, they are not listening to the customers at all
