OYO Park Grand Hotel & Resort

The hotel is excellent... The ACs in the rooms work better than my new ones. But the problem that I faced was in the food. Firstly, the food order took me 30-45 mins when I ordered from my room. Then the quantity was very less and the cheese balls especially were not good... Rest everything was god including the easy parking and 24/7 security and 24/7 service...

Stayed at this excellent hotel on 2 occasions on our way to and from Nepal. It has very nice facade and very well appointed rooms with centrally heated water in wash rooms and nice ACs. Hotel is well connected to national Highways and is near Airport. It is also just next to petrol pump. So it was very convenient to tank up our car before leaving for our long journey. Food and hospitality was top notch. Must try out Fish tikkas and paneer pakodeys. They were too yummy .

My stay at Grand Park was alright. The accommodations were decent, but there were some areas that could use improvement. The room was clean, albeit slightly dated, and the amenities were fairly standard. The service was friendly but seemed a bit inconsistent at times. While the location was convenient, there wasn't anything particularly exceptional about the stay. Overall, it was an average experience for the price.

This is hands down one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Their service is the main issue. They are the slowest room service I've ever seen. Need alot of improvement. We asked the room service for 2 extra beds and we're still waiting as I'm writing this review. It's been 30 mins and all they keep saying is 10 minutes. Same happened a while ago when we asked them for soap it took then around an hour to fix it. Don't come to this one. And dear Oyo please pull up your deal from this one.

Bareilly ka sabse ghatiya service wala bakwas hotel. Very very hopeless. Disgusting experience. Handwash liquid was filled after 3-4 reminder when arrived. No response from reception. TV was not started even after repeated requests. Very thin Extra mattress were given after more than 5-6 request at 12:15 in the night which were already requested in the morning.

Location is good as it's in the outskirts of the city, rooms were quite good aesthetically but their AC and refrigerator were poor, A.C. was able to cool down only a certain portion of the room. Refrigerator also took a lot of time to cool down the drinks. Rest bed was comfortable. Service was poor maybe because there was as ongoing party there, but we were also having a gathering of 15 , their service was really slow because of very less manpower.

Special thanks to the staff the service of this hotel is very good and polite, they are very friendly and honest.. food is mind blowing the chef of this hotel is amazing, I would personally recommend if you are visiting Barelly could plan to stay in this hotel , Yes if you have work inside the city but still if you can manage your stay would be great as per security, food and stay Cheers to all the staff each and every one

Property is good according to location. I was travelling (Driving) from Varanasi to National, and wanted to stay a night in order to avoid long drive. Expected to have a nice and clean room to sleep for few hours. I've checked in around 9:30PM and Ac was not working properly, finally they changed our room around mid night with a nice cooling room. I could sleep only 4 hours. They need to improve their services, and understand the need of the traveller. Hope to saty again next time.
