HOTEL THE JASS GRAND

We attended a marriage there and had a comfortable stay. Quite spacious and clean rooms. Their walking ramp was a surprise for us. But it was super useful and very thoughtful approach.. we liked the place.. food was also good.

Zero rating for the stay since the room was so close to the banquet hall, the guests for which we had booked the room were disturbed till 2:15am in the night due to a high volume DJ played by them. There was No one on the reception to listen to this. Then they had issue with hot water not available during winter months. The guests were disappointed with this experience

Ambience is luxurious and the food quality and service is top notch and plus point the staff is so friendly

Super pathetic service. Non co-operative staff. Reception staff was rude and non co-operative. Worst place to stay. Pathetic breakfast.. reception staff do not eat breakfast there hence, they said.. are not responsible!! Chef said - "this is only available today.." Rating given - 0/5 (big zero out 5)

Good location and clean rooms

I am writing to extend my deepest gratitude for the outstanding arrangements made for my engagement program. The meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination were evident in every aspect of the event. From the beautifully decorated venue to the courteous and efficient staff everything was perfect as per my expectations. Your team's professionalism and dedication played a crucial role in making our special day truly memorable. On a different note, we realized after the event that we lost one sweet box. If it has been found or turned in, please let us know. Additionally, I would like to suggest adding a buffet counter to your facilities. This would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests during events. Special Thanks to Mr Jitendra ji (GM ) , Mr. Arun Ji (FO) & Mr. Sarthak (Decoration) for your exceptional service.
