Hotel Swarn Towers

I recently stayed at Swarn Towers Hotel in Bareilly and overall, the experience was quite underwhelming, especially considering the steep price of over 7,000 per night. To begin with, the hotel location listed on Google Maps is inaccurate, which made it difficult to find the property without extra effort. Additionally, the contact numbers provided in the booking voucher were mostly unreachable, making it frustrating to get in touch with the hotel staff for assistance. The check-in process was slow, despite there being no other guests at the counter at the time. Also, no welcome drinks were offered, which was a small but noticeable miss. The room itself was decent and matched the pictures shared online, but there were several issues that hampered the stay. The air conditioning system did not work properly, and the control panel was broken, making it impossible to adjust the temperature -- not ideal when visiting in the warm month of April. It would likely be quite uncomfortable during peak summer. The television was another disappointment, with hardly any channel subscriptions available, rendering it almost useless. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The spread was limited and pastries looked stale on both mornings, so I would recommend avoiding bakery items altogether. In conclusion, the stay was certainly not worth the 7,000 per night price tag. In my opinion, the hotel experience felt more in line with what one would expect at around 3,000 per night.

Fantastic stay we had. Nice property near to the railway station. Hotel has a lawn , big parking and wonderful rooms. Staff was so professional while assisting. Mr Rohit has so polite behaviour. Loved his way of talking. I'll definitely come again and recommend to everyone. Thanks for your services

Staff was amazing and quite helpful. I'm a regular guest. Neat and clean spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend my friends and family. Restaurant ambience was quite nice. Food was amazing. Reception staff was very friendly . Felt like home .

Very nice location with well appointed rooms. Had a slight trouble with squeezy bottles in the bathroom. Overall good experience. Mr. Amit Rai at the front office was extremely courteous and helpful. Special thanks to him.

Hotel Swarn Towers offers a wonderful blend of comfort and luxury. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff is extremely courteous and goes out of their way to accommodate any request. The food at their in-house restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location is central, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a great experience at an affordable price.
