very poor service last time my boss stayed over here and this time today on 27/11/24 the reception guy changed his policy and changed the room tariff according to his own will and very rude reception guy today in the morning.bad experience this time and today as i have seen all their reviews its totally a worst staying over here .

Not recommended to stay in this hotel as they provide only leaving. As soon as you enter in the room, You will find No electric kettle, No water bottle, No Soap, No towel, No liquid soap for hand wash in the room. After you ask, they provide soap with no company name, water in most dirty mug/jug, you have to use unwashed glasses lying on the table. That's all. Every one must be experiencing this but they don't bother because they know there is no repeater. But how long?

Good selection for a short stay. Staff are very friendly. Testy food with a limited choice. Rooms are quite big. We booked 2 rooms. ACs gives nice cooling effect. Nice scenic view of airport & mountain. As a whole we enjoyed the stay, planning to visit in the month of October this year for a small family gathering

Rooms are good but washrooms are not clean and cisterns donot work in washroom. Neither do staff here is interested in addressing and resolving your issues. And incase you contact the third party with whom you booked hotel , hotel staff will intentionally not resolve your problems .

This is the third class hotel, owner is arrogant and fraud, his aim to gain money from his customers free, recommended not to stay in hotel like this...

Exceptional service. Got a Super clean room. Went beyond norms to help. Arrived early but they accommodated, my partner arrived at 2.30 am but they supported by sending a boy to station. Food was delicious. Great experience. I will never forget.

The food was not that great. So please find a better place in Barielly for food. The rooms were fine,not that great, the water was hot all times, so that was a good thing. The lighting in the rooms was not that great, the cleanliness was average. The location of the hotel is very close to Barielly Railway station.So if you are looking for a place for overnight stay near Railway station, it's a good place to stay. Overall I would rate it 3 out of 5.
