I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at restaurant, where the service was far below acceptable standards. There were significant delays, unclean facilities, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, which made the visit unpleasant and frustrating. Such issues are not expected from an establishment that claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. This experience not only disrupted my plans but also left me questioning the value of choosing this place. I urge the management to address these concerns immediately and take corrective actions to ensure that no other customer faces a similar ordeal. I hope for a swift resolution and an assurance that such lapses will not occur again.

Does review matter to hotels like these scamming people with no facility provided WiFi has no range till rooms Gyser not working Breakfast sucks with no food options food is stale Dental kit etc is not in stock as told by the Receptionist Girish and is not ready to listen or respond about the issue even on asking him are you listening he continuously ignored what I said club at the hotel makes it difficult for you to sleep at night with too loud music disturbing the peace of the guests staying my suggestion is just ready my review and not book this third grade hotel otherwise you trip is going to get spoiled money is going to be wasted and you might fell sick because of stinky rooms food and atmosphere of the hotel it should be raided and should be closed down thereafter it sucks .......

CHEAP HOTEL SCAM!!! HOTEL SCAM !!!! Donot Dare to Visit this Pathetic hotel in Bareily I had a worst stay at hotel ...no hygiene, no geyser hot water , super pale breakfast , no wifi internet , super expensive food , reception manager Muskaan jaiswal and Indu saxena were not polite , manager Girish is least interested in greeting guests..on complanint no actions taken...mutiple request for toiletries were also ignored...my bad and saddest experience in hotel industry..such 3000 rs room should be boycotted ...

Please do not consider this hotel for ur stay, very bad room service, blame game is always on in this hotel, this is it part of work. This is not mine. Service -sacks Tips - be ready to give Food-its always arriving Staff-it's on leave & it's not my part of work. Ask any thing-ya sir we will do it- when???, may be next time. Opt another hotel and save ur mood& money.

Superb Room Service ,Rooms are also spacious ,Food is awesome ,infinity club atmosphere and food ,drinks are very good. Overall awesome experience

Not good very poor condition according to price. Small size LCD with free dish Room facility should be improved Eatable things was most expensive as compared to market price.(Double price)
