Hotel Mansarover & Banquets

I stayed at this hotel in Feb 23 with my family. Absolutely non sense hotel, very dirty bathroom and all taps having leakage. If u see bathroom you'll not like to enter it. Other than the location this hotel is pathetic. Food is also bad. But very good location, you'll find almost everything near by this area. Instead of double occupancy room, i will recommend to take family room. Tariff charged was deluxe room 1700 Family room 3000 incl brkfst and taxes

I will never stay here again. Receptionist at night is very arrogant & don't know how to talk. Their staff knock and try to enter in the room directly. Worst hospitality ever seen. I will recommend people NOT to stay here.

Receptionist and staff are all very arrogant & don't even know how to talk normally. Rooms Bedsheet was untidy and toilet flush was not working and not clean. This place is like hell and I will never stay here again. This place charges Rs.1800 per night and doesn't even deserve Rs.1000.

Very poor service and receptionist are rude and do not have any hoteliering experience how to behave with guest. Charged 1200 per day no fresh towels provided. Monkeys are disturbing all day. Ac vent are open and cold breeze are getting in winter season. Bathroom are so dirty seems never scrubbed at all. No WiFi and they are honored to say NO with no back up service if no internet in hotel. Their senior manger Mr Rajendra Prasad was more to pay the hotel rent and not asking how the service is just relaxing on front desk. Never stay in this hotel very bad experience.

1) The reception staff is Rude and not at all courteous 2) Half of hotel room does not have gysers and and in few others not working. Toilets are pethetic 3) One room there was short circuit and current was flowing in switches, complained but the reply was "this can happen anywhere what can we do" 4) Food well its better to order from outside. It takes hrs to deliver one tea to room 5) Only USP of the hotel is it's location

The toilet bowl was dirty. Water from taps were black and very dirty at all times during our stay. Flush leaking. Lift not working. Rooms were okay. Staff cooperative but the whole sanitation was in a mess.

Good hotel at the heart of Bareilly city. Location is perfect, easily accessible and roadways is on walking distance. Hotel offers BnB services however you can order food through IRD till 10 Pm. Staff is quite cooperative. All Payment options are accepted although ATM is just sharing the boundary of the hotel

Nothing is good 1)Ac isn't working instead a small room heater is installed. 2)The television has very low grade of picture quality. 3)Only very few channels are available,that are the oldest Tv serials. 4)The geyser is also worst,which isn't working. 5)The water boiler looks from inside that it isn't has cleaned from years. 6)Only one glass is available without considering the number of person. 7)Food served is also bad.looks like made an hour ago. 8)one of the light is not working properly. All this is for rupees 4000
