Disappointing Experience My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition, lacking even basic amenities. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and uncooperative, making the experience even worse. It was far from the comfortable and welcoming environment I had hoped for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

Disappointing Stay at Hotel LA I checked in on May 1st and was appalled by the condition of the room and the service. The room was poorly maintained -- the window plywood was chipped, the study table was broken, and the air conditioning did not work at all. We had to rely on a fan in peak summer, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom door was chipped and felt unhygienic, and the main room door lacked a manual lock -- a serious safety concern. Shockingly, housekeeping staff entered the room unannounced using a master key, and when confronted, they were dismissive and unconcerned. There is a clear lack of trained staff, and the management seems completely disinterested in guest concerns. You'll find managers in coats walking around, but none are available to actually speak with guests. The food was overpriced and subpar -- even basic items like tea and coffee were disappointing. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. Would not recommend Hotel LA to anyone.

Hotel LA offers great value for money and is a solid choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'd definitely consider staying here again!

I ordered Paneer Lababdar it felt like I was eating a dessert. their people made the gravy so sweet that it became difficult to eat it. Total waste of money Kabhi order nahi karuga never recommend to anyone.

The rooms are above average and space is big enough , the only drwaback is the location which is interior to city for a banquet and weeding area but that is fairly compensated by the quick service and food . The food was very delicious and the room service was very upto the mark . Would Highly recommend if you want short gathering with all the adequate services .

We booked this one for engagement party and the service was very poor. For decoration also, at the time booking they were everything is included and what not but at the day of event they refused for each and evrything and told that chairs, sofas, Ac are included in decoration only. Apart from this, the food quality was so low. The waiters were not present, had to again and again call them. Even for cake cutting, we ourselves opened the cake box, no single waiter was present. At the time when the event was about to start, then the started cleaning with a broom. Staff was not at all cooperative, even a day before event was shouting and talking regarding decoration. The decoration was promised something and given decoration was third class. No waiter was present there even to remove plates or cake box or anything. Literal the service was poorest. I had family events in other hotels as well in bareilly like Executive club, gala galaxy but this had been the worst situation. They charged for everything and then at last told decoration amount also includes Ac, chair, table, sofa.

I only visited the bar in this hotel .. and my experience is worst ... Service in the bar is very very very bad.. and service mens in the bar are uneducated and highly unprofessional.. They treat there customers in the bar very badly.. starters which I ordered are served me directly from the refrigerator they are not even microwave... And above all this type of manner less behaviour of the staff with the customer is in front of the bar manager .. having conversation with a bar manager is like talking to uneducated man even though uneducated mens are much better then the bar manager .. It's my personal request if you want to visit a bar pls go to hangover bar in rajender nagar or bar in choupla road I don't remember the name but it's just aside to old name bikaner hotel choupla road bly

Food in their inhouse unit curries and grill is amazing, specially the paneer tikka is so good , must try and filling.
