Hotel JM Vistaraa

I recently stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and overall, I had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a big plus. The hotel provided complimentary water, which was a nice touch. The amenities in the room were well-stocked, including an electric kettle and hair dryer. However, I did notice that there was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The room service was good, but there was definitely room for improvement. The food, on the other hand, was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. However, there were a few drawbacks that took away from my overall experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom, which lacked an exhaust fan. As a result, the bathroom smelled really bad, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, I noticed that many rooms were still under construction, which was a bit of a concern. It would be great if the hotel could expedite the construction process to provide a more peaceful and finished experience for guests. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to others, but with some caveats. We went to Bareilly for a family function. We stayed in hotel JM vistara. Our experience was good. Not too luxurious but comfortable stay. Check in was smooth. Bathrooms can be improved. I went with my husband. Though we were two people, there was only one towel amongst the two of us. We asked the housekeeping to provide one more towel and it qqs done immediately. Alla in all our experience was good.

Always great stay here. Never any issues like I have with other similar hotels in Bareilly. Helpful friendly staff, good food. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel is well maintained however there is limited parking space. Tea was amazing and Mr. Pramod ensured a good stay for us.

Very good hotel with reasonable rates. Well looked after by staff, particularly by Harry it the restaurant and the lady at the reception. Very polite and courteous staff

We booked the room for 2 nights. Location is good. But they have false claims. Our tariff included complimentary breakfast. Since our train was at 8.30 in the morning, we requested packed breakfast. But inspite of our repeated reminders, we were not served the same. Just for information, please be ready for such a situation.
