Hotel Gala Galaxy

We had a family function here. The experience qqs good. Food was okay,|Service was good. Can have more dessert options. There was no elevator for basment where dinner was served. Hotel can look into this problem. Starters were hot and good in taste.

I had a mixed experience at the property. While the space and food were decent, it's disappointing that the front desk manager Akhilesh Kumar Singh left a negative impression due to his rude behavior which overshadowed other positive aspects of the experience. He should learn how to behave with the customers.

Budget Friendly Hotel with nice and clean rooms. Staff is also cooperative.

Don't even think bout this place if u don't wanna ruin ur function. They say something do something worse the manager has a lot of ego and attitude even after ruining the occasion Only the catering was gd

I stayed in Gala galaxy for 2 days. I think this is the best hotel in Bareilly, luxury, big and clean rooms super supportive staff and delicious Food

Worst hotel with dirty bedsheets .....staff behaviour is very bad ,they don't know how to talk ..service is very very poor

Our stay was primarily for business purposes. Daily breakfast was a consistent part of our experience. We encountered some challenges with the availability of amenities and bedding quality. Aside from these issues, our stay was satisfactory.
