Hotel Arrow 19

We booked this property from Booking.com and we reached a bit late for check-in around 11:00 pm. There was a person to welcome and took us to the room and literally the room was stinking and then we asked to show some other room he showed us the rooms in 1st floor there room were perfect and then we asked for another room he told that the rooms are not ready. We were helpless and decided not to stay in that property because the room which he showed on the 1st floor he said that the room tariffs are not similar for that room it is more costlier than the ground floor rooms and ground floors rooms were so dirty and stinky that we couldnt stay in that room. Please don't visit this property they play fake games by putting good photos. I won't say fake photos but they post pics of good rooms and offer bad stinky rooms to the guest. Avoid visiting this place.

It is the worst hotel or I should call it a lodge. The location is very interior and it's difficult to reach the place. The rooms are very small and stinky. They have no power backup and only inverter is there. We booked an AC room but the AC didn't started during our entire stay as electricity was not there. Even the inverter went off at 5:00 am. They not even provide drinking water, towels and basic toiletries. Worst experience ever. Never go for it.
