Hotel Amber Continental

The worst hotel i have ever been, only building is new and good. Room by look is very good. Tv not working, kettle not available, towel provided was dirty, no water bottle in room, no glass in room, no fridge, no wifi, worst staff they do know how to work in a hotel they are like dhaba persons. Reception people do not know how to behave. Only building can not make a hotel it's the staff and sevice.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. Room service is fast. 3. Food is delicious. 4. Although the hotel advertised Wi-Fi availability, I found that it was not working during my visit.

Nice hotel very good staff

They dont hv internet,dont have ice cube,dont hv non veg,.....everything u hv to manage...or if you order thru zomato they will not provide cutlary....very bad experience

Worst experience in my whole tour. Bad room service,wifi not working,lift not working,tv not working,hot water was not available........and many more....... Mosquito were there .....staff was not available..........there was discomfort for my family.......

I had the unfortunate experience of hosting my grandparents' 50th anniversary party at the Amber Continental Hotel, and it was an absolute disaster. The food was served late, leaving hungry guests frustrated. The staff neglected to clear the tables, creating an unsightly mess. To make matters worse, we were insulted in front of everyone. The hotel's inability lack of professionalism, and poor customer service were awful . The outdated facilities and faulty audio system only added to the disappointment. I strongly urge others to avoid this venue, as it will only bring embarrassment and frustration.
