Hospitality is 100% unprofessional room is unhygienic bedding and blankets are more worst sticking smelly they chg higher then the menu small glass of hot milk they charged 149 even their menu price is 95 news paper is for reference for the date

Good hotel but The staff here is hardly trained in any aspect of customer dealing. They display nil professionalism and appear hardly interested in their jobs, besides they lack ethics. They treat customer as a burden and dont hesitate in lying openly. Not for once did i get any apology for the following i faced. Instead i left with a frustrating experience. I came here for an official trip from 01 oct 18 to 18 Oct 18 and stayed there at room no 101. Following is what i faced I booked telephonically through their customer service agent Mr Vikas Singh. I had clearly told them that I require accomodation and transport for office from the hotel. The quote made by him was Rs 2250 for stay and Rs 300 for transport. I was also offered a pair of complimentary laundry daily and was also assured that the breakfast would be served timely so that i wont get late to work. I stayed there for 18 days out of which i used transport for 12 days. Following is what happened 1) I was billed for laundry and Mr Vikas abruptly backed out of his offer he made telephonically saying laundry comes under "package" and I WASN'T GIVEN A PACKAGE. I had to struggle a lot to get that cancelled. 2) The breakfast was never served on time and i was late for office everyday. 3) The general manager was never interested in taking my feedback inspite of leaving message for him everyday. I also left a note in his office while checking out but never got a call back. 4) Quite a no of times, transport was never on time. Also they tend to wait for other customers to share the cab. This lead to me missing my lunches a few times. 5) One of the room service staff entered my room without knocking and took water bottle without asking permission. I was surprised. 6) Inspite of my repeated requests well on time before check out, the bill wasnt prepared till the moment i had to check out. Hence i had to come back again. Finally, 6) while checking out, Mr Vikas backed out of his offer AGAIN and falsely stated I WAS GIVEN "A PACKAGE", hence contradicting his earlier statement during laundry. This time i was compelled to pay transport for all 18 days, including the 06 days i didnt use transport. The audacity of them twisting their statements just to earn few extra bucks from customer left me unpleasantly baffled. I was cheated openly and I couldn't do anything as no one was interested in listening to my story. Overall, The hotel is nice but the staff's standards is surprisingly frustrating. You can definitely give it a miss. Still If someone is determined to stay in this hotel, my advice is to keep all the communication on mails so that they don't back out just when you are checking out.

The hotel staff especially AM and GM are careless they do not have any sense of doing the things in a correct way. Their facilities are not provided on time also they charge more on the name of tip. I will not recommend this to anyone. It's just like naam bdd'e drshn chotte

Worst hotel of all time 1. Towels provided were dirty and torn 2. Kettle and glass were dirty 3. Mattress were smelling 4. Lobby smells of cigarette This is when I ws provided premium room. Breakfast was decent enough.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious food - each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Mixed Bag Experience at Hotel Amaya, Bareilly My recent stay at Hotel Amaya in Bareilly for an event was a mixed bag of experiences. One highlight was undoubtedly the culinary journey at their restaurant, Akabari Khas, where the food was commendable, and the service from the restaurant staff was impeccable. However, the overall stay fell short of expectations. Despite its former reputation as a premier property in Bareilly, the reality I encountered was quite the opposite. The outdated amenities lacked maintenance, resulting in inconveniences such as a damaged pant due to a faulty manual iron and spilled coffee from an old electric kettle lacking an auto-cut feature. Furthermore, the plumbing issues, like a chocked washroom sink, added unnecessary hassle, consuming precious time to resolve, setting a negative tone for the day ahead. Adding to the disappointment was the lack of formality and professionalism among the staff, who exhibited a casual attitude rather than the expected level of hospitality. In summary, while the culinary experience at Akabari Khas stood out positively, the overall stay at Hotel Amaya left much to be desired, with aging amenities, maintenance issues, and a lack of professionalism among the staff overshadowing its former prestige.
