One of the Worst Hotel Experiences - Definitely Not Recommended I stayed at this hotel recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. From basic amenities to safety issues, everything was below standard. 1. Poor Bathroom Drainage: The bathroom drainage was terrible. Water would accumulate up to 1-2 inches during a shower, making it feel like I was standing in a pond. This is highly unhygienic and uncomfortable. 2. No Hot Water: Despite being a basic necessity, there was no hot water available. When I complained to the reception, I was told it would be "provided externally," whatever that means. I was left waiting indefinitely in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. 3. Dangerous Parking Area: The most serious concern was the parking area. The barriers installed there are so unstable that one fell on my car due to wind, causing a significant dent. This not only shows poor maintenance but also puts guests' safety and property at risk. This entire experience ruined my stay. The hotel's lack of response and accountability made things worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or safe stay. On Top if that, While I escalate these all to their management, they are doing everything to escape. Stay elsewhere - this place is not worth your money or peace of mind.

It's a good place to stay in bareilly. when u see this place initially you will get disappointed to see its front ambience. But inside there are great rooms, very good service and good food in comparison to Obviously what you pay.

Breakfast taste needs to improve as like clark chain giving in other cities. Rest room service is slow and I have to wait at least 15-20 minutes. Rooms are good.

Hotel don't have parking,rooms were stinking by paint, staff was not there,property is under renovation and last even they give you used bedsheets and pillows without cleaning them.

Very bad experience, untrained sarak chap staff, nothing working in suit room bathroom, drainage chok, bath fittings out of order, only bday time front staff are professional.

My recent stay at Hotel Aakriti Clarks Inn Express in Bareilly had its ups and downs. The rooms were indeed great in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but the lack of windows was a notable drawback. This absence of natural light and a view made the rooms feel slightly cramped and less inviting. On a positive note, the restaurant at the hotel served fantastic food. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall dining experience was delightful. However, I do feel that the service throughout the hotel could use some improvement. The staff, while friendly, seemed somewhat disorganized and slow in attending to guests' needs.

Incase you decide to stay here and if they have a conference planned, they won't bother to provide you with food even after repeated requests.
