The Krati Resort

I had a very disappointing stay at Krati Resort, Bareilly. The service was far below expectations -- room service was almost non-existent, and even basic necessities like towels, toiletries, and drinking water were not provided even after repeated requests. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of response from the staff and even the manager. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one seemed concerned or willing to take action. The overall attitude was indifferent, and it felt like guest comfort was simply not a priority here. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. It seriously needs improvement in both service standards and staff accountability.

One of the worst resort experiences -- very disappointed (Day 1) Generally, I don't write Google reviews, but this incident made me feel the need to share my experience so others can be aware. I recently stayed at Krati Resort and unfortunately, the experience has been quite frustrating from the very beginning. Here's what I've encountered so far on just Day 1: 1. The staff carries a lot of attitude and lacks basic courtesy. Their way of speaking to guests is unprofessional and rude. 2. They don't provide basic toiletries, and if you ask for them, you're met with arrogance instead of help. 3. The room door doesn't have a proper lock. Instead of fixing the issue, they try to show you a "technique" to open it -- which even their own staff couldn't get to work. 4. There are not enough AC remotes, so you're left to adjust without one or keep sharing. 5. Food is left uncovered, attracting flies, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. 6. I also noticed something suspicious with the back lock -- it looked like someone might have tried to tamper with it, which makes me feel unsafe. This is just my experience from Day 1. Let's see how the rest of the stay goes, but so far, I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

It's a banquet resort at outskirts of city. Location is good as it avoids city traffic. Rooms are basic. Service leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel staff was not cooperating, decore was hapazard, flies all around...... AC was not switched even after repeated requests. Inadequate fan and cooler in lawn. Washrooms were very dirty. Not recommended unless the service and amenities improve.

Attended a wedding reception here. Very Nice ambience with landscaped garden and guest rooms. It has a sprawling parking space too.

The Krati Resort is a breathtaking resort located in Bareilly . The Krati Resort team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The venue itself was breathtaking with stunning architecture, lush gardens, panoramic views. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the Gaurav ji(manager). They were incredibly helpful and attentive, guiding us through the planning process and addressing any concerns we had. Their expertise and dedication made our wedding stress-free and enjoyable. Overall a perfect destination for wedding.

The Krati Resort is good place for marriage and other functions. All are good and satisfactory. Food prepration is good in the marriage, which we attended here. They did not give wifi connection to our phones for usage during our night stay in rooms.

The property is huge, could be great but thr service sucks. Very bad service. During our stay entire block ran out of water and for more thn 4 hrs they cud not rectify it, due to which function got delayed. Linen and towels were of not good quality. They need to keep a quality check to become a good resort.

Great location. Best in Bareilly. Huge lawns. Perfect ambience for photography and cinematic like experience.
