Despite its appealing name, the hotel failed to live up to even the most basic expectations. Here's a breakdown of my grievances: Hygiene and Cleanliness: The rooms were in a deplorable state. The bedsheets were stained, and the bathrooms were poorly maintained, with leaking taps and an unbearable odor. Staff Behavior: The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional. Requests for basic services like clean towels or drinking water were met with apathy and long delays. Food Quality: The restaurant served subpar food that was overpriced. On one occasion, I was even served stale food, which is unacceptable. Amenities: The advertised amenities were either non-functional or nonexistent. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the air conditioning in my room was faulty. Value for Money: Given the quality of service and facilities, the prices were exorbitant. It's a poor choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience. Overall, my stay was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Banda has other options, and you're better off exploring them instead of wasting your money here.

Best hotel in Banda . It is easily a 4 star hotel . The location is very decent and beautiful. Staffs are very kind. The food is super tasty . And there is no match for the rooms and it's services. Loved it

Seems vegeterian restaurant but eggs are being served and there is no separation of eggaterian and vegetarian dining tables. Eggaterian food, specially sizzlers, if is served in that hall its smell fills whole surrounding. Most of the persons come there thinking of vegetarian food and if it would be like this then can affect the restaurant... I should suggest that eggatarian food should be served in a separate hall ...so that vegetariam can enjoy their meal comfortably...

Food was very tasty and service good

Very bad behavior of staff . The lady sits over there think she is the boss she have no manners how to talk. Price is too costly. Please I anyone goes don't tolerate there behavior

Room was just okay. It looks like old fashioned. I stayed in normal Deluxe room. Price is fixed & reasonable. Food was okay. Walking distance from railway station.

Food quality became down than previous but still upto the mark... May improve
