Hotel Royal Orbit Review During my stay at Hotel Royal Orbit, my experience was less than satisfactory. The check-in process was not pleasant; it felt disorganized and time-consuming, leaving a poor first impression. While the staff's service was polite, it lacked the attentiveness and efficiency expected from a reputable hotel. The fit and finish of the rooms were disappointing. The furnishings seemed dated and not well-maintained, with visible wear and tear. The room lacked a cohesive or welcoming aesthetic, making it feel far from comfortable. To make matters worse, there were issues with the hot water supply, which was inconsistent and frustrating, especially after long days of travel. On a positive note, the food was decent. While not extraordinary, the meals were satisfactory and had a reasonable variety. However, good food alone cannot make up for the overall shortcomings of the stay. In conclusion, Hotel Royal Orbit falls short of providing a seamless and comfortable experience. With improvements in room quality, maintenance, and better management of essential amenities like hot water, it could become a better choice. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend it for a truly enjoyable stay.

Very bad service from the restaurant staff.Today evening we went for dinner and. I experienced the worst service in my life ..No proper staff was available and we waited for 2 hours to get glass for drinking water . Staff was having very rude behaviour and even didn't provide food even after told 3 times

New hotel, rooms are good, food ok, probably the best hotel to stay in Banda. Though the mattresses on beds are not very comfortable. Bathrooms should have a partition on shower area. But overall reasonable for stay.

Very bad service kept us waiting for almost 2 hours for just glasses, added everything twice in our bill , without asking they won't serve u even cuttlery , think twice before visiting with family they will definitely disappoint you.....

"Extremely Disappointing Experience" This is by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. While the building itself looks decent, everything else about the experience was terrible. The rooms were unhygienic, and there was no hot water available even in December. The staff, including the manager, were unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, making the stay even more unpleasant. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Consider better options like Sarang International or Comfort Inn instead of risking a miserable stay here.

Very bad room service and reception staff Mr Bal mukund Tomar is very rude to talk customer. Over all my experience. For this hotel very bad. I Will never suggest to any body to satya this hotel.

Very pathetic service by the hotel and restaurant staff....kept us waiting for almost 2 hours .No staff was present to take the order ..and we didn't get even glass for drinking water....pathetic restaurant and staff...and they even put double items in billing also

Hotel Royal Orbit enjoys key location near Rani Avanti Bai Chowk in Banda. Service can be bettered. Polite staff and efficient management makes it public choice. Congratulations.
