It's a classy UP Tourism Hotel located on the heart of city. Best place to stay in the city.

I booked online and everything went smooth from check in to check out which is great given this is a government run hotel. Kudos to the up gov team. We checked in late night and the hotel personnel was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room. The rooms are big but quite old. The ACs are very old but everything was working. There is frequent power cut in this area and hot water was not available when backup generator was running. The attached restaurant is not bad. They served hot parathas and omelets but nothing more. The place huge space for parking and a nice garden though not maintained very well. there are not many options in this town and this is the best bet we could find in short time.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious but not up to the mark. Service was also not good. No housekeeping service was provided. Not recommended at all.

I stayed here for two nights. I stayed in AC deluxe room. The room was recently painted, hence was clean & tidy. The hotel has a restaurant which can offer you decent food. Room service is virtually negligible, you have to visit the restaurant yourself for any requirement. The hotel offers generator facility, in case of power cut. The payment mode is strictly cash. They do not have card payment facility.

For budget travellers it is a good hotel. It is run by government of UP, UP tourism Dept. As compared to other government, this is well managed infrastructure. Food is also available, not too much variety but food is good. Management of hotel should look in to cleaning of the premise.

Bad facilities. They do not provide any amenities like towels & soaps even after asking. Room size is nice with attached bathrooms and dressing. Western style washrooms are available. They have restaurant. They book it for marriage & other functions. Is located on the main road and shravasti is at a distance of 15km. City palace is at a distance of approximately 3kms from here.

Suitably located on the Buddha circuit NH with moderate amenitie. Quality meals and snacks are available for the inmates. Affordable prices are a great plus but maintenance and green surrounding need more efforts to make your stay pleasant...
