Good hotel rooms are quite reasonable but service is average.

We stayed here for two nights. I didn't have huge expectation from a hotel situated in Ballia but man was my low expectation was even beyond the best of this hotel. Very very dirty and smelly washrooms whether normal room aur VVIP room. Cleaning with acid even didn't help. Leaking jets, dirty water(probably hard water). Torn linens and smelly blankets. Hard rock pillows and sunken mattress. Very bad staff behaviour. Hospitality is Big Zero. Hotel is not just building its the service and hospitality which you won't get here. I just can't describe how bad it was. Luckily we brought our own linens for worst case which helped us somehow sleep here. Its 0 stars. No recommended.

They have ac and non ac rooms. Ac rooms are spacious and okay but non ac rooms are in very poor condition. Disappointing service.Bathrooms in every room is very unhygienic and smelly. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets everything was in bad condition.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. It was an AC room. The room and bathroom were mostly clean. The place also seemed safe.

VERY BAD NEVER STAY HERE HOTEL MENENGEMENT ARE ABUSING MY BOOKING CREATED AT EVENING 24 HRS BUT HOTEL MANAGEMENT ASK FOR LEAVE THE THE ROOM AT 6AM AND MIS BEHAVIOUR
