This is my first visit where I had experience deficiency in service and the behaviour of the staff, the rooms where we had changed 3 rooms in just 1 hour it's because of hygiene and the cleanliness, aircondition not working properly, disgusting smells in rooms,mosquitoes... Requesting the owner to kindly look into this matter and their service....

I'm a frequent dinner of your restaurant. When ever I visit Azamgarh I take my time out to come here for food . Having said that the last consecutive two occasions were pathetic. Now I'm in dilemma whether I can gahter my courage to visit it again. May God bless your restaurant ! Very bad Very bad

Mu recent dining experience at hotel golden fortune was incredibly disappointed. The service was extremely slow. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Rooms are good, Food was tasty. Restaurant, counter staff are ok. Nepali Bank's credit and debit Card not accepted. Only cash is accepted. Do not bring only card.

Good Hotel at Azamgarh Good service Good staff behavior. Food also fantastic.

Everything is good. But food is more expensive than pears. I suppose they want to show themselves superior just by raising the food price. Rather I would prefer to eat outside where similar quality food is much cheaper.

Very poor service would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
