I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. As a group of college students visiting for an exam, we had hoped for a comfortable stay, but what we encountered was far from acceptable. Upon arrival, despite having made reservations for 15 people, we were shockingly given a store room to stay in. This room was cramped, poorly maintained, and clearly not intended for guests. Despite these substandard conditions, we were charged an exorbitant rate of 1500 rupees per person. This felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of our situation, knowing we had little choice but to stay due to the exam. Adding insult to injury, the photos provided by the hotel on their website were entirely misleading. The actual conditions of the hotel were vastly different from what was advertised. The images depicted a clean, well-maintained facility, but our experience was the complete opposite. If you are considering staying here, I strongly advise against it. Instead, I recommend visiting Hele, which offers far better accommodations and a more honest experience. Avoid this hotel if you want a stress-free and comfortable stay.
