Hotel Grand Empire

Room's in this hotel are good enough but the hotel staff are not good. Even they don't provide basic services after the booking as water bottle, soap etc. I've booked their AC room for 2K but Room was not clean, there was dust everywhere, on Couch, on Table everywhere. Only Bedsheet was clean but pillow covers are not clean. If you have Charged 2k so you should have to provide some basic service also. Appreciation for Washroom, it was so clean.

*Waste of money and time,* Horrible experience. They give me a room in which AC Working only 2 Hours after 2 Hours does not work. I demand for other room. Then they give me a room which is in same Problem, I just changing my room in between 2 days, I was just change my room but facing same problem, staff accept this problem and said owner is not doing AC services and repairs work, i not recommended to any one to stay in summer days.

Horrible experence. They give me a room in which fan regulator does not work. I demand for other room. Then they give me a room which is in very bad condition, not worth of 2000 rs this room was like very cheap room. There was no hygene- there was stain on bedsheet , no handwash or soap. there was no any table or chair to read or somthing. And water tap sound all night like kettle. I would not recommend this hotel.

TV was hanging on wall but not working because not recharged. No hot water supply in bathroom. Unhygienic room floor and bathroom. No room services available. They charged room tarrif of Rs.2000. But provided room no.201 which was like a guest house room,not worthy of even Rs.1000. Very pathetic service.

Its a very good hotel to stay. Well maintained clean rooms with centalize ac. Staff was also quick and soft spoken. Services were prompt with 24/7 unintruppted power supply.

The interiors are well done. However, the breakfast needs significant improvement.

The room is tidy and clean and is very near to Amroha railway station but the main problem is with breakfast, which is not provided on time. Albeit telling the staff about the breakfast, it is never provided on time.

i am also a hotelier and i know all the bsaic needs required for the 3 star category hotel. the main part was electricity, no proper supply, they also have to improve their services..
