It was the burst experience I ever faced. Very bad dirty room with no towel soap and other facilities . Blanket was dirty and bed was small in size . Very bad hotel and room service. No power backup for hot water I have to bath ice cold water in this extream cold weather.

West of money lower class room and pricing higher class room. Not good. Staff behavior totally bad.
