Hotel Parador Firozabad

I have been there to attend a small function with a gather of around 120-140 people. The function was held in the hall at 1 st floor, the hall was not that much spacious from such number of people. Food was not good, they are serving coffee in regular large coffee cups even to small childrens and during the buffet guest are using regular restaurant plates which are very heavy and it is very hard to hold that much heavy plate in one hand and eat as there is no proper sitting facility for all guest. They serve half cooked nan roti and there is not staff ice cream serving as a children spill the ice here and there. There is no proper parking space, guests have to park on the road

It was stayed there 2 days It is situated on prime location Rooms are neat and clean and service is good but Food cost is very high. Each and every food item starting from Rs 465 and above Even a Water Bottle is also Rs 80

I recently attended a ring ceremony event at this venue on 6th Nov, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked professionalism in their approach. That bald manager, in particular, showed limited experience in effective team leadership and time management, which affected the event's flow. Additionally, the food quality, especially the main course, was disappointing and far below expectations. I would recommend a review of training, customer service standards, and catering quality to enhance the guest experience in the future.

The place was good in every manner. 1. If we talk about the rooms, they were good. 2. If we talk about the service, awesome. 3. If we talk about the location, then it was a little bit far from the conveyance such as railway station

Went here for a family dinner , TERRIBLE service, it took them 1.5 hours to prepare the food, the waiter barely listened to any of our requests. Please don't dine here

Extremely neat and clean hotel in the middle of an industrial belt. Our rooms were clean, tidy and very well maintained. The breakfast fare was not very tantalising to our taste buds and it has a lot of room for improvement. The staff (especially the housekeeping) at this hotel is extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. I was impressed with their courtesy.

Had a great experience at the restaurant of Hotel Parador. Very comforting environment & great ambience. Looks like a great dine-in restaurant. A couple of families visited the restaurant. A must-visit place in Firozabad. Luxury at affordable prices. :)

Just ate here and was pleasantly surprised with the freshness and quality of food. Chinese was pretty good. Indian fare was good as well. Strongly recommend to eat here if you are in Firozabad
