Best experience in hotel up81 suites aligarh Stay was very good and comfortable. Food quality was also good and very hygiene. Staff is very polite and helpful throughout specially thank to mr. Zeeshan he is very supportive in every way. Thank you

Stay was very comfortable as the place is very nice the staff is very friendly all staff always ready to go an extra mile to serve and to ensure that costumer are extremely satisfy as much recommended for stay in Aligarh

Food quality should be improved we can get good food on dhaba rather than this hotel. I recently visited for the bday party and food quality was worst. Also there is only single washroom for whole building that was not clean.

I recently had my sons wedding at UP81 Suits, the service was outstanding. The staff was really supportive and helpful. The Food was extremely delicious, the Owner were really nice and all and all was a wonderful and memorable experience for everybody. 100% recommend to everybody.

My experience was very horrible, i came with my family . We don't like service as well as food... The menu is a little expensive .. also the interior as well as the exterior is just awesome ... But the food was really tasteless.

Worst service ever, I visited yesterday with my friends, as soon as we entered they gave the menu card and asked to order. We told them we were expecting some other friends as well. Food was pathetic, initially we ordered tomato soup , sweetcorn soup .. In sweetcorn soup, sweet corn were not properly boiled they were so hard that they can't be chew by humans. I asked the manager to check the soup , she came and checked it, and asked me do you want replacement. I clearly said NO . And this doesn't end here now it's time for tomato soup, tomato soup were stinking like hell, we also complained about the same, manager in well dressed blazer said this is the only way it is served, the soup is perfect. This is my request to all the hotel management staff out there ... replacement is not the option for the mistake you do . Now it's time for starters and their well known sizzler , all the starters were too oily that we had to left them as it is, it was our mistake that we had given the order at a single moment. No Taste at all. Now we talk about their well known sizzler, Their chef forgot to add the Paneer pieces in the sizzler. Initially they serve the Sizzler on our table and later five minutes later one of the waiter came and gave us six pieces of Paneer in an another plate. This was hilarious seriously guys. This was hilarious. Neither the taste nor the staff nothing was good. This was my first worst worst experience ever at any restaurant. I would never recommend you guys to go at UP81 suites.

Had a fantastic time here!Interiors are immaculate , the staff was amiable , with quite an appetizing array of food . Cinnamon Ice Tea is highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 days.... The food staff ambience everything is outstanding.... The rooms are excellent and surprisingly comfortable..... A must visit place....overall excellent experience.
