Dear,||I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding my recent stay at your property from 13th to 15th May 2025, which included both breakfast and dinner as part of the package. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards expected from a reputed brand like Wyndham.||Here's a breakdown of the incidents:||Cold Starters at Dinner (13th May Evening)|I requested fresh starters from your staff member Mr. Bhauri Singh, as the items being served were cold and did not seem fresh or edible. Despite my polite request, he insisted I take what was already out. After taking a few bites and again expressing concern, he reluctantly took a few pieces to reheat in the oven. I had to escalate the matter to the restaurant manager for any action to be taken.||Rasmalai Containing Insects|Later that evening during dessert, I was served rasmalai with a fly (makkhi) in it. This was both unhygienic and shocking. I had to get the dish replaced -- something that simply should not happen at your level of service.||Neglected Breakfast Request (14th May Morning)|During breakfast the next morning, I requested masala tea from Mr. Bhauri Singh. I waited for over 20 minutes, but it was never served. It appeared to be an intentional oversight. I eventually had to raise the issue with the on-duty staff that morning.||Due to these repeated service failures, I chose not to include dinner in my booking extension -- purely based on my loss of trust in your restaurant service.||Room Service Ignored (15th May Afternoon)|Today, I ordered mushroom and breads for in-room dining and asked for salt to be sent along. I waited 30 minutes, reminded the team, but no one responded. I ended up eating the food without salt and informed room dining, yet again with no resolution.||Indifferent Reception Staff|At 3:45 PM, I visited the front desk to clear my dues and shared this series of feedback incidents with the receptionist. He dismissed the matter with a casual "dekhta hoon," without showing the slightest concern or willingness to escalate it.||This level of service -- from hygiene lapses to complete disregard for guest requests -- is completely unacceptable, especially under the Wyndham name. I chose your hotel expecting professional hospitality, but was left deeply dissatisfied.||I expect a prompt and formal response outlining how you plan to address these issues and ensure they are not repeated for future guests.

A huge thank-you to the housekeeping staff for going above and beyond during my stay, especially to Ms Aiman.|The room was always cleaned with care, well-stocked, and fresh every single day. Their attention to detail and consistency really made a difference in the comfort of my stay. All the staff were really polite, respectful, and accommodating to any requests. Truly excellent service--thank you!

Had a gathering hosted of about 45 people. The staff is very cooperative. For anything you need, you just had to ask for it. The food is way above average. Received complete value for the money we paid. Wonderful experience overall. Would recommend it a 100%.

I recently visited this hotel when I needed an electric vehicle charger, and the staff went above and beyond to help. Although the charger initially wasn't working, the team was proactive in helping me get it up and running, allowing me to successfully charge my vehicle. It was quite late by the time we finished, so I decided to stay the night with my family. They offered an extra bed, which was a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel welcome. The room service team was excellent. They frequently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Despite the late hour, they were attentive and professional, which made a real difference in our experience. Though the location itself may not be particularly scenic, the hotel's proximity to GT Road made it easy to find and convenient to access. For dinner, we ordered from the canteen, and while the food quality could be improved (my paneer curry was a bit salty), I appreciated the promptness of service and the variety available. Every other aspect of the stay--from the staff's friendliness to the cleanliness and comfort of our room--was impressive. Though I didn't have the chance to explore all of the hotel's amenities, the facilities I did see were well-maintained, and it's clear that the hotel aims to meet the needs of its guests. Overall, this was a positive experience, especially for an impromptu stop. The helpfulness and care of the hotel staff stood out the most, and I would definitely consider staying here again, knowing that they are committed to making guests feel welcome and accommodated.

Great service. Nice place to stay. Food was great and service provided at restaurant by Ms Richa was excellent. Mr Danish in front desk was very prompt in processing check in and check out at the front office. He was very polite and helpful.

Stay was good. Room key has some issue, everytime need to go to reception to unlock it. Bhuri Singh and Manisha was good at serving breakfast

It was an awesome experience as accommodation. Food was worth it as taste wise staff is very polite And cooperative. Mr.Bhuri Singh and Meera assist us during the breakfast time . If you come to place must opt the option.
