NOV 2024 - Do not make any booking at this hotel. We had a confirmed reservation, but when we showed up to check in, they refused us entry and told us that the hotel had been sold !! They were serving the customers who had already checked in but not admitting new ones. Fortunately we were able to get online ASAP and book a room at a nearby hotel. I explained this to the booking company and asked for a refund. Monitoring my credit card to make sure I get it back.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I'm Monezza, 23 yr old girl from Bihar, This incident happened on 22 Nov. 2024 around 10 pm, I booked a super deluxe room through Agoda app and they confirmed my booking worth rs. 2078 but when I called the hotel for confirmation they totally declined this and told me that they are not taking any online booking anymore. I was so shocked and scared cuz it was almost midnight and I'm searching for some good hotels with limited amount in my hand and they told me that I'm not welcomed over there. I made a complaint on agoda app, they tried to negotiate with the owner but they're so rude they told them they are not gonna accommodate me by any chance. The app offered me 2 option re-locate or refund bcuz I'm so scared I do the refund but they told me it will take 30 days to debited the amount in my account because of the t&c of the app. I was already short in cash n this happened. I visited for the first time in aligarh and this is how they welcomed me. Worst experience ever.

Overpriced!!|Staff is totally irresponsible, untidy .|Dont know why they are charging too much for so much small room.||Everytime , you will see a new person on reception desk. Outsiders, non-guest, everytime keep on sitting in public area near reception desk making guests uncomfortable.||Outside Parking space is always full via local residents. Guest will not get proper parking for there cars/vehicles.||Food is totally horrible. Overpriced, less in quantity and total tasteless.||Toiletries will be provided only when you ask otherwise you will not get them.||Provided towels were dirty. Bedsheets were full of dust.|Only good thing of this property is location,for which they are charging almost double |Nothing else.

It's a pretty good hotel at a decent location the rooms are clean and the bed is comfy the staff is also good there is 24/7 reception clerk available the only con is the hotel restaurant food is pretty expensive and the portions are pretty less compared to the prices

No proper way of talking to customer by lady sitting in reception. Our room AC is not working then after she not consider it and charge full for the room.

It was a nice experience in La Imeprio. They have Nice Ambience, Nice food. They maintain good hygiene. I ate egg curry, paneer makhan wala, Kadhai Paneer, Dal makhani, Dum Aloo, Tawa Roti and American dry fruit Ice cream. Everything was good. Over all Rating Food : 8/10 Ambience : 9/10 Hygiene : 10/10

The duty manager was courteous and had positive attitude. The room was well maintained. Definitely would like to visit again. One suggestion, the parking area should be moreover need attention and a locking system or guarded.
