Essential Amenities: Be sure to request a blanket as it's not automatically provided. Room Cleanliness: The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could be significantly improved. While the location is a strong point, the hotel could benefit from increased attention to detail in terms of guest comfort and hygiene.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and banquet hall. Starting with the facility, it felt extremely outdated and lacked basic amenities. The banquet hall was poorly maintained, with visible damage to the furniture and decor, which detracted from the entire event's atmosphere. Cleanliness was also a significant issue. The rooms and common areas felt unhygienic, with visible dust, stains on the carpets, and an unpleasant odor throughout. The bathrooms were not well-cleaned, and it seemed like basic sanitation protocols were being ignored. On top of that, the hospitality was appalling. Staff members were inattentive, unfriendly, and made little effort to make us feel welcome. It took ages to get any assistance, and they seemed uninterested in resolving our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay or a well-maintained venue for an event.

Very bad experience , The room was not at all tidy with a very congested bathroom and pathetic service , The mattress were covered with dust. I don't think they even change it . They are not gonna improve because gulmarg is the only one hotel nearby the centenary gate premises.. Never Recommending this to anyone

Pathetic Rooms and Disgraceful Service, They reuse the Left in over food by guests to other guests. No one to clean the room during our two days stay. Rooms were stinking like hell.

The hotel is very much dirty and staffs are soo much lazy about their work. Rooms are not so much clean and beds are broken from some different portions. Rooms are small and not enough space to put your bags and luggage.

An average rooms with affordablr price. Not as much good can improve lot with the same facility

Well established at perfect location especially for those who need accommodation for 2-3 days aspiring near access to the AMU campus. But the rooms go completely booked so quick and there's no measures like contact the attendant and let the room booked directly. They suggest to book it through Make My Trip which also seems complex this should be reviewed.

The worst hotel ever! It is more suitable for flies and pests and not humans. The management is absolutely useless. I could not stay more than an hour in it because it was so dirty. I vomited the moment I saw the bathroom. The room seemed like it was not cleaned for a year. I never even got my refund. Such a bad experience. Never book here!!!
