Clarks Inn Aligarh

Did my daughter's welcome party on 23rd March 2025 considering Clarks is a good brand and provide five star services. While the hall size, setup and food was good along with their staff serving the food. Basic things for which Clarks charge premium was missing. Like, 1. AC which was not working even after multiple requests. On top, the manager was lying with different reasons each time we approached for switching ON the AC or AC not working 2. No arrangement for the huge number of mosquitos. 3. Table cloths were missing from the serving tables 4. No cleanliness in the hall. After reaching the venue, we had to request them to clean the hall. 5. The Dance floor was not clean and broken in the centre which was not looking nice Overall, we experienced the services of 1 star hotel and not of 4 or 5 star. Not value for money.

Super pathetic services and horrible experience. Please don't use this hotel for any reservations and if it's for marriage don't even think of it. We booked 25 rooms last month for an event. My experience: Ac not working in 7 rooms A thick layer of dust in every part of rooms Water not coming in 3 rooms Service team is very poor and the staff was highly disrespectful. When we started to complaint they started harassing us. They started to ask us to move the cars from car parking by giving all vague reasons.

What a waste... Below are my experience: 1. Room booked with Complementary breakfast, but counter manager denied. After check out, they said it was a mistake and cut sorry... No complements... Nothing. 2. Room experience was horrible... Power cut, AC cut in night. No attendent. No call pickup at reception. 3. Very rude behaviour of staffs. One hell of an experience... Trust me and avoid this blinder. Nothing worth even 10% of its cost. Tough the rates are also sky high. Waste

My experience at Clarks Inn Hotel, Aligarh, was absolutely dreadful. I called the hotel 10 times over a span of 6 hours to request a simple room cleaning, and each time, I was assured with "Sir, ladka bhejta hu," but nothing was ever done. It was incredibly frustrating to see that my repeated requests were completely ignored, and no one followed through on the promises made. The management and staff seemed completely indifferent to the issue, and despite multiple follow-ups, no action was taken. It's clear that there is a lack of professionalism and accountability here. I've never encountered such poor service before, and I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Their disregard for guest needs and lack of basic service is simply unacceptable.

Rooms are spacious and maintained, but quality of service is not good at all. Clearly service level is not for big events like marriage where limited staff has to cater 50+ rooms. Basic lacking services were: No proper toiletries, water availability in rooms, extra beddings pillows blanket, luggage trolly, few door locks needed repair etc etc. Service response time was very high and it was not at all a good experience for guests.

The rooms are good but the service of this place is a nightmare. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF YOUR GUESTS!! Here are few of the highlights of a function we held for Ring ceremony. This was a lunch of a mere 70 people. 1. I asked for a cup and water bottle in room. They could not deliver a water bottle to room for more than 30 min. It was when I went and yelled at them at reception that they grudgingly brought the bottles. They forgot about the cup altogether. 2. During the lunch ceremony, they served snacks to guests sitting in front rows only. And ignored the guests in the back rows. 3. They could not manage to serve lunch properly. IN A HOTEL LIKE CLARKS, THEY SERVED LUCH IN DISPOSABLE CUTLERY. NOT EVEN PROPER CROCKERY!! 4. There were empty trays of rice and rotis all the time. The guests were complaining of mismanagement. 5. For half the time, the dessert tray was empty. They refilled the tray with 10-12 gulab jamuns at one time. All in all, I would recommend you to go for any other hotel or even postpone the function if not available. But do not go to this abysmal place tarnishing the name of a reputed chain.

Good hotel in Area, there are vegetarian restaurant in this hotel. Hot water for bath, blanket for sleep... All is clean and clear. Love this hotel
