Hotel Sai Plaza

My in-laws booked this hotel for my wedding, and we had a very disappointing experience. The food tasted poor, and the hotel staff failed to serve many items that were included in the menu. We had reserved an air-conditioned banquet hall, but the lighting was very dim, and the staff turned off the air conditioning at night during the wedding, causing significant discomfort. We had booked large rooms, but upon arrival, they began assigning smaller rooms, which led to an argument with the hotel staff. Ramkumar Kashyap's rudeness was extremely unprofessional. The hotel charged 60,000 for decorations, but they were subpar, both on the stage and in the mandap. The entire arrangement was very disappointing, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days for job purpose.. I paid 2218 per day. But I moved to another hotel because of this type of staff's behavior. Had a very bad experience from the staffs. Reception staffs are also very rude... there is no use with the room service number.. I have called this number two three times..requested some requirements..they accepted..told me...will call back in 5 minutes..but no response even after 1 day. It shows the management is utter failure Better to choose another one..

Rude recipient of restaurant didnt even bother to listen to our request saying ,Nahi ho paayega'. Wouldnt recommend the restaurant

The location is very approachable (in close proximity to akbarpur railway station). Took 1 star because the hotel is a bit overpriced and the rooms have low lighting which kind of spoils the mood. The water supply is a little unhygienic because i experienced dirty water out of the taps during my stay. Great experience overall. Recommended if you're looking for luxury in Akbarpur

The service was very bad and the staff of the hotel was very rude . The room was not clear . The ac was not working.

Stay was comfortable. Room was equipped with all regular amenities except perhaps bedroom slippers.. could've come handy in this winter time. Food was tasty and portions were quite adequate. I expected a bit more elaborate spread in the complimentary breakfast though.All services are good,best service, best by location, excellent by Rooms...

Very worst stay experience. Continuous construction going on and disturbing noises entire day during my stay. Management should not be allotting rooms if they can't provide peace and comfort to the guests. But they're charging full money despite the discomfort they're causing. The staff didn't provide correct information either they told that the construction would happen during weekend only but it ruined my entire stay over the weekdays as well. Nearby hotels like GomtiInn provided much better service and experience. Please avoid staying here in Sai plaza.
