I had a distasteful experience due the unprofessional attitude of Mr ABHISHEK, probably a front desk booking person who entertained my messages/ enquiries ONLY until I booked the room, but after I paid up fully through agoda, he never had the courtesy of replying to any of my repeated messages regarding booking status, confirmation, etc. This irresponsible behaviour by Abhishek cost me extra money when I actually checked in. Even after informing about him, the resort didn't have the courtesy to send this man to see me personally. Very disgusting & unprofessional behaviour, such persons don't deserve to be dealing with customers directly, let them work elsewhere, they are spoiling the image of the resort!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel from 11/12/24 and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and specially one staff ms vani welcomed me very well....!!!! And made my check in process very smooth..!!she is very nice girl.. and making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. However, I did encounter a few minor issues during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast options could be improved, with more variety and healthier choices. Despite minor issues, I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The staff's exceptional service and the hotel's overall ambiance made my stay truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing New Year's Eve celebration at Chinmay Resort! The arrangements were flawless, the hospitality exceptional and the staff went above and beyond. The decorations, entertainment and delicious food created a festive and joyful atmosphere. A big thanks to the management for making the evening so special. Highly recommended for memorable celebrations!

We did our Daughter's marriage and our guests were very happy. The food menu and taste was awesome. Service was quick and we felt safe while staying there Hello Mr Guha.. I The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions| It was Nice stay good atmosphere

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Chinmay Resort during my wedding on June 9, 2024. Despite the passage of seven months, the unpleasant experiences still linger. The behavior of your waiters was unacceptable and left a lasting impression on me and my guests. Specifically: - Waiters consistently asked for money from my guests (baratis) in exchange for serving food, water, or providing basic services. - They even asked for money to deliver food to the groom's grandmother, who was unable to attend the wedding due to health issues and was in one of the rooms in Chinmay Resort. - Your staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also embarrassing, particularly when they asked a 16-year-old family member for money. These incidents have tarnished what should have been a joyful and memorable experience. I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that future clients do not face similar problems.
