Tajview, Agra - IHCL SeleQtions

We had a short stay of 1 night and it was a pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean and had view of the Taj Mahal. ||Right from the checkin to our check out , we have been assisted by the courteous staff, which made us feel more like a family rather than visitors. || The staff was helpful. Guard at the pool, the technician to assist with TV or person at the entry and exit gate, each one of them gave us personalised assistance. ||We are Jain's and there were enough options for us in the buffet. Mr. ramesh particularly saw to it thAt we had a hearty breakfast and also packed few extra muffins and croissants for our little 8 year old as a gesture. Mr. Priyank too at the breakfast buffet catered to our needs. ||Overall a great experience.

We're currently staying at Taj View - IHCL SeleQtions and it's been a lovely experience so far. The hotel has a warm, charming vibe, and the hospitality has been wonderful. A special mention to Max and Maya, the hotel's adorable resident dogs--they truly add a unique and welcoming touch! The lobby is beautiful, and we're really enjoying the Sky Deck lounge, pool area, children's play zone, and the restaurant. The food has been excellent with a good range of options. The service at the hotel is amazing, with that said, there are a few small things that feel short of a true 5-star experience. While the bathrooms are clean, some fixtures are a bit worn--like chrome peeling on faucets and some visible stains. There's also a faint musty smell in the room, likely from limited ventilation or aging interiors. The blanket is clean but feels slightly coarse and over washed , not quite the soft, high-thread-count quality you'd expect. We checked in at 3:00 PM and noticed some mosquitoes in the room, which ideally should have been checked and addressed in advance by housekeeping. These are relatively minor housekeeping and maintenance details, but they do make a difference at this level. That said, the overall ambiance, service, and setting are lovely--and with just a bit more attention to detail, this place could easily feel like a true 5-star stay.

We had a lovely short stay. Thank you to Raju, Sebastian, and Rohit from A & K. You catered to my every need. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to big suites. Very nice. I believe this is the case since I'm traveling with my papa, and they don't have twin beds available. Thank you to the breakfast and lunch staff for your wonderful service. Everyone made our time there very nice

Amit and chef Krishna was helpful in taking my order.|Food was great at sky deck.|Ambience too. Friendly staff.|Good live music. They also took care mosquito problem. Overall friendly and helpful staff.|Having dogs at the reception was a great idea.

Excellent stay at The Taj Agra!|Warm welcome by Max and Maya was the highlight of our entire stay.|Such warm hospitality and impeccable service by Mr. Ramesh, Pritam and their entire team.|Rooms were clean, the property, the pool was wonderful. All staff right from the main gate to reception to housekeeping was extremely helpful and professional. Excellent exceptional 5 star Hotel in Agra. Very near to Taj Mahal and you can see Taj Mahal from your Room. Awesome morning buffet breakfast. Superb services . Special mention of Mr. Ramesh , Priyank and Manager Mr. Madan and. Front office staff manager Mr. Ali. I will always would like to stay whenever I return.

Chef Krishna and Amit sahil were great. I'm a really special person when it's about food and they made my dinner 100/10. Fully recommended them and Hotel. I fully recommend rooftop restaurant, the view is another level and priceless.

The Sky View Restaurant at Taj View Hotel in Agra gave us excellent, professional service and attention to detail. We had fantastic experience thanks to Amit deepender who made our evening special. ||You get an unspoilt view of Taj from your table making this a throughly enjoyable experience.
