We encountered very pleasant courteous helpful staff.We had nice clean rooms Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. We were able to get our room at short notice. Very safe location and not too far away from tourist spots such as Taj Mahal and the Agr Fort.

Actually It's Hotel Foxoso Nowadays. In Agra Foxoso Hotel Is Good Enough for Family & Group. You Can View Taj Mahal From The Terrace or From Room's Balcony. Its Location, Hygiene, Cleanliness, Facility & Foods are Adorable & Very Co-operative Staff Is There. A Huge Thanks with Respect To Ms. Maahi Ji for Giving Us Best Service at Her End. Restaurant Staff Is Very Kind Nature and Breakfast Menu Is Mouth Watering As Well As Food Too...

The service ,rooms and all the things available in the hotel was excellent. The service to me provided by Mrs Ruchi was the best service which , I had experience in my life and she was very helpfully.

I had very worst experience at hotel. First of all entire staff is very rude behaviour. Requested towels 10 times since morning and received towel in night. No one cares about you after reaching payment. All the walls in the room are damped. When we entered in the room, rats were playing on the bed. Shared video with Hotel staff but no one cares. Hotel price is similar to 3 star hotel but service is worst then a lodge. Don' trust the pics, they uploaded on the page are fake

I stayed in Sun Hotel Agra for 2 days my business trip. I was so much impressed by the service and amenities. The room was spacious and clean comfortable with nice view of Red fort and Taj Mahal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made our business trip amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Location was very close to Taj Mahal and Red Fort. I would deffinately recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality with budgeted price in the city of Taj Agra.

This hotel is a disaster! We were there for 2 nights and had 4 different rooms. Room 1 - the toilet wouldn't stop running. Someone came to fix it with their bare hands. Room 2 - the door couldn't be locked from the inside. Room 3 - we were upgraded to a suite, very nice. But we discovered the hot water handle to the shower was broken and the bathroom floor was constantly wet from a leak. So no hot shower for us that morning. Room 4 - another suite, everything worked. But the curtain to the balcony door was too small and let in light from the street. By this time we didn't care. We made sure to bring the towels from the previous room as they were never in the next room we were given! The rooms themselves were nice enough but the whole hotel seems to be falling apart. We ate in the restaurant the 1st night, the food was ok, but the tables and cutlery needed a dose of spray and wipe. The tables were quite dirty. Some of the staff were kind, but there was a total lack of maintenance of the property. The property has potential but I'd never stay there again and tell my friends to AVOID

Hotel is nice, room was also good, breakfast was also good and Mr. Sonu Sharma was good in his services...|I would like to bring in notice that, i stayed in room 211 with my brother and sister-in-law, means 3 persons. At the time of check in i clearly offered at Reception counter to make my room 3500 All Inclusive for 3 persons with breakfast. Receptionist denied for the same. I paid full amount of INR 3920 for 3 persons and got mattress as well in the room. The point is the Invoice Bill which i got is for only 2 adults, which means the person cheated and manipulated the system. He did not show 3 persons in tge system only 2 and asked only 2 ID's, but in Arruval & Departure Register i have mentioned 3 guests entry. Not only this, we 3 had tea the morning staff at reception firstly asked cash, i did not had it i asked for UPI, i paid via UPI into his account but not got bill of that INR 160. Again the cheating is being done. Main nahi likhta ye sab agar ye baat jab maine saamne se offer kia ke paise rakh lo, tab badi badi baat kia ke hamara hotel ye sab nahi karta delhi se controlling hoti hai etc etc. And in the end aap logo ne paise chori kie aur kia wahi jo maine aapko offer kia tha......
