Riya Palace Hotel & Banquets Agra (Ph-9582801920)

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riya Palace in Agra! The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's market rates are very competitive, making it a great value for money. Overall Nice Stay!!

1. No clean rooms 2. Bathrooms in bad conditions 3. Staff is so rude 4. AC is broken 5. No sense of coordination 6. They tell you that you will be given complimentary breakfast but provide only limited per person as no buffet system is available I would have given less than 1 star if there was such option available

This hotel is of low quality. The room's walls are cracked and unclean, the air conditioner is broken, and the staff is bad; they did not fix it even after we informed them of the problem. There is also a lack of soap, shampoo, towels, and other things. And the furniture is a little shoddy, improperly maintained, and room lacks ventilation. I won't suggest booking here.

Badly maiatained, stained closet, no watergug or kettle facilities. Geezer was not working. We were asked to have bath in another room toilet, toilets were not clean. After a long wait breakfast was served and tea was not available. Food was hot. Not recommended.

Very bad expierience it was worst hotel i have been visited till today the price was not worth. The rooms were not clean . It did'nt had a dental kit also. The washrooms were very bad and not clean. The owner please at least provide a dental kit. I will never visit this worst and not clean hotel.

Normal room , don't expect 3 star experience. AC not working and wifi network weak.Neatness was not as expected. Food was normal

Good rooms and services too. The food was also decent and good taste. Would have been best if there had been a proper restaurant. Otherwise value for money.
