OYO Hotel Deviram Agra

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days...The way Mr.Santosh treated us was bad and very unprofessional...I wonder how come a receptionist be so arrogant and behave like an asshole...except him everything else is okay...Don't prefer this hotel at any cost.

Better to stay at some other property than to stay here. Least value for money

The hotel is located not far from the Agra train station. Rooms are ok, but need more maintenance I would say, more fresh paint as the walls in the rooms are quite dirty...I guess due to some unruly guests. There is a vegetarian restaurant on the site. The food we ordered in the restaurant and room service was tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Service is poor. AC not working properly No Soap, No drinking water Room service is poor and too late We have to give remainder after ordering something. Location is good
