OYO 19029 Riya Palace

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had a baby with us and they had a crib already in the room when we got there. Bathroom was pretty spacious as well. Room service was great. They brought us extra towels and coffee when we asked. We even had pizza one night and wanted to heat it up. She had them bring us a microwave so we can use it while we were there. She was awesome. Lobby staff was also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Top service. Convenient location.

On arrival check in was quick and staff very pleasant. The entrance was clean and well maintained. The room was larger than the standard room and was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I have come across and slept well. The view was a bit restricted but ok. Air conditioning was very quiet and was needed. The windows did open but only a little bit as you would imagine. The room always looked a bit dark because of the close proximity of surrounding buildings etc. The rooms have a great feature at the main door. The hotel is roughly central with a small supermarket next street. If we were coming back to Agra I would seriously consider staying here again. All the staff we encountered was very polite and helpful.

Fabulous location--could not be better whether for business, entertaining or leisure pursuits in downtown Agra. Walk able everywhere you want to go. Front desk team is welcoming and receptive. Spacious room, quiet, well appointed, wonderful linens and super comfortable bed and terrific shower-- awesome! Had a GREAT night's sleep! AND all this at very reasonable pricing compared to hotels just up the street. Wish I could have stayed longer, but I will be back!

First of all please dont check the good reviews as they have done some marketing or something for writing such reviews. 1) the rooms were derty and toilets are not cleaned. 2) the bedsheets had hair and dirt as they were not cleaned after the last customer 3)Blanket was not washed.As same hair was there in it. The only good i found is its near to the railway station and main road

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at Riya Palace. The staff was exceedingly friendly. We were delayed in our arrival and while checking in the desk attendant offered several restaurants located nearby that were open late. She even offered up having them deliver to us. I thought the room was spacious by downtown agra standards and very clean. I also enjoyed the infused water station. After walking around all day it was refreshing.

We stayed at the Riya Palace just one night, over Labor Day weekend and the stay was entirely too short. We booked a deluxe room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. The rate for a regular room was reasonable for Agra, we thought, but to get a suite. The suite was the nicest one we have ever stayed in. The decor is traditional/elegant-not modern. It was beyond spacious-with a large foyer; a large living room with a sitting area, a desk, a wet bar, and a large flat-screen Tv. The living room faced the street, while the bedroom is located toward the back of the hotel; so, the bedroom is quiet at night, but there is no view from the bedroom window. The location was central for what we wanted to do in our short visit. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and helpful from the doorman, to the bellman, to the front desk staff, to the concierge. Highly recommend!

Staffs are cordial.... I received warm welcome from the manager. I reached Agra at 8 am only, on the request he let me check in before the scheduled time. There is one thing if you want to order anything then dont say anything to service boys,just call the reception. Room was okay nice and tidy. Some glitches are there but tolerable. Overall It was a nice experience.

5. We loved our weekend at this hidden gem in Agra! The staff was incredible! The location is perfect! We sat outside at night on this peaceful, upscale tree-lined street. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy and the towels were luxurious! Treat yourself at Riya Palace. We can't wait to go back!!!!
