OYO 12154 Hotel Heaven Resort

The rooms at this hotel is very bad. No maintenance of toiletries and bed. No cleaning was done during my stay. I had to get stringent follow up from these people to get my room clean. No fixed timing for breakfast. They won't treat you as if you are our guest. Thats what I felt during my 2 day stay in this hotel.

I don't want to spoil anyone's reputation but to build it one has to make some changes in the hotel and services. The washroom was not properly cleaned and room was also not cleaned and the maintenance is required. There were alot of Insects in the room and washroom. Lighting wasn't satisfactory. I called thrice for room cleaning the day I was leaving then they made it cleaned.

Guys never visit this property. Was rooms are very dirty, bedsheets to be changed once in a month. I got allergies from the bedsheet. You can imagine the condition. Room walls somewhere made red by Ghutka. Receptionist guy is very rude,when I said to change bed sheet and clean room he says we can not change you can speak to anyone u want. Guys take my words, don't waste your hard earned money on such property. A tour is experience,and such property will distroy your mood.

I had a booking in agra with booking id KRQY4897 with my family. Hotel was so worst, lift was not working they gave room at 2nd floor. My 67 year old mother couldn't go but somehow she managed to reach. Corridors were full of smell of smoking and liqour.wash rooms are so dirty, tiles are all black. Eating restaurant was not even proper and it was so dirty. I am really amazed at the OYO that how do they approve these kind of hotels. We travelled 500 kms to agra and then we had to look for rooms. What is the need of OYO if they can't verify hiw the hotel is.

Best Budgetary Hotel I have ever found in Agra, Just in 1000 I got a double bed room with king size bed, breakfast with Aloo Pratha, Poha Masala, Boiled Egg, Omelette and a tea, what do you expect you will get in 1000 bucks. Besides that TV that too LED, AC O General, and a minimum Fridge in my Room.|The management offered me a surprise complimentary cold drinks while I was having my dinner.|The Guy at front office was very helpful, the food is awesome especially Kadai Chicken and Shahi Paneer.|Frankly speaking I am highly satisfied with the services, I can't get a better deal in 1000 then this.|Don't believe on reviews too, just come yourself and feel the difference, sometimes what happens we the guests are expecting a lot as if we're in a 5 star property we forget we are in a budgetary Hotel where we are served as per our Budget.

This hotel does not deserve the name hotel. It is completely run down. Trash is laying everywhere on the floor. Next door to our room they used a room as a dump for trash. Do not go there! The pictures in the internet are all wrong.

One of the worst hotel i was ever seen. I found bed bugs in my room. When i discussed this problem with hotel owner. He told me Sir aapko glt fehmi hui aisa kuch nhi hai.. (Bth krne kii tamij nhi hai hotel owner ko). N food was also bed n its so costly. N unfortunately their is no option for 0 star. Otherwise this hotel deserved for zero rating. So guys don't go there.

This Hotel is very good and comfortable.. If u r in agra and are visiting Taj, u can stay here.. Its location is very good. Staff is very cooperative, services are too good. Your stay here will be worth remembering. Food served here especially breakfast is too delicious.. At all it's very comfortable and affordable.
