Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had a truly awful experience at Kanchan Villa in Agra. First of all, the hotel uses old, misleading photos to attract customers. The actual rooms are nowhere close to what they show online -- they are untidy and poorly maintained. The sofas and mirrors were covered in yellow stains and spots, making the entire room feel dirty and uninviting. The washroom was another disappointment -- no jet spray, and overall it was far from hygienic. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely uncivilized and had absolutely no sense of how to deal with customers. I didn't even end up staying there. After seeing the condition of the rooms during the check-in process, I immediately decided to leave and book a different hotel. When I asked for a refund, they were rude and unprofessional, harassing me by saying, "If you want 5-star stay, go to a 5-star hotel. Don't come here." Overall, I highly advise everyone to stay away from this place. It's a scam and a waste of time and money.

Hotel is walkable distance from Agra Cant Railway station. Room is specious and well-maintained. With Ac facility.Attached neat and clean washroom. A sofa, Tea table, Almirahas are provided. Complementary Watter bottles also provided. Staffs are cooperative. Quick response from the staffs. 24 hours hot water available. I was staying with my family for two nights. My experience is very good for Money.

Very good interior and clean room, Supportive and caring staff. Tasty meals. Lift service. Affordable price. Near to Agra cantt railway station. Overall my experience was good. Thanks

Nearest to Agra Cantt.Rly. Station ,approx. 150 mts. So easy to take the trains at mid night & early morning. Staff is very cooperative. While they have no self kitchen but on demand they are providing good qualitative and teasty food. Rooms are clean,and good.In comparison to rent (Rs.1800 for AC rooms) is very good.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Our stay at Kanchan Villa was an absolute disaster. The so-called "deluxe" rooms have no windows, stink terribly, and feel suffocating. It's nothing like what they advertise. Worse, their transportation service is a complete scam. We booked a tempo traveler, paid in full, and midway through our tour, they forced us to switch to a smaller vehicle. When we protested, they even threatened to abandon us in the middle of the road. This hotel is unprofessional, dishonest, and only out to exploit guests. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free Agra trip!

Decent location but APPALLING acoustics. You can hear absolutely everything from the first floor bedroom be it guests coughing, snoring and noise from street level. If you want any sleep, do NOT stay here. Definitely not worth the price.

Very easy to find hotel Kanchan Villa near the Agra cantt. Railway station. Only 550 meters away from Agra cantt Railway station . Very nice and clean rooms so far.

Room was awesome and well maintained. Service was also good. We have ordered the dinner. It was nice except zeera rice. Could have been better.
