All were really amazing including the food quality, the room service , the front desk reservations, reception and house keeping. I want to make a special mention about the quality of food and secondly about Priti front desk duty manager.She was very professional, quick and cordial in nature. She was quick in her work area with a compassionate manneris and her behavior in general towards all th guest was really respectfully and worth mentioning. I have visited pride many times and every time it offers the same level of services.Be it duty manager, food or house keeping.Hygiene was maintained at the dining area including the live counter, which will be the most important thing for any guest. Also the pick up cab service from the airport was timely. The driver also helped me with some of the medicines which I asked for without any hesitation. Overall the services very really good.

I had another wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, and as expected, it lived up to the brand's high standards. The location is easily accessible, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was excellent. Consistency across different cities makes Lemon Tree my go-to choice for comfort and quality. Highly recommended!

Good Venue, Average Food: Attended a wedding here. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staffs were courteous. However, the food could have been tastier. Overall, a decent experience.

My experience in this hotel was so great! Especially at the check-intime, the services is so satisfying! And special mention to Ms. Khushi Sharma that was very accomodating in assisting me. I would probably come back here again. I highly recommend this great place with a great view.

Guests are not happy about staying experience, hotel food, staff behaviour, sound from 5th floor etc . It is located near highway and not easily accessible to city. However, management can overcome service issues, noise issues, quality food etc

Pathetic experience Continous disturbance in rooms We couldn't sleep whole night Hotel GM Mr Alok Sharma not ready to accept there is problem in rooms Whole staff admitted there was utility area on 5th floor due to which there is disturbance in rooms on 4th floor He did not turn up on duty to avoid meeting me Instead full payment charged to us despite no charges applicable due to this worst experience Location of hotel is poor not accessible out of city ,near highway Please avoid staying here even if it is free
